SOFT WASH PRESSURE WASHING
Soft wash pressure washing is a low-pressure cleaning method that utilizes specialized pumps, biodegradable cleaning solutions, and gentle water flow—typically under 500 PSI—to safely clean surfaces prone to damage from high-pressure systems.
Unlike traditional power washing, which relies on high force to remove contaminants, soft washing treats biological elements such as algae, mildew, and mold at the root level using chemical agents. This method is especially effective for cleaning roofs, vinyl siding, stucco, painted wood, and other delicate exterior surfaces.
Soft wash systems are commonly powered by gas engines and use high-volume pumps (e.g., 10–12 GPM) with corrosion-resistant materials to handle chemical exposure. Equipment typically includes chemical tanks, proportioning valves, and low-pressure nozzles designed for broad surface application.
