Product Application (Standard):
- Apply BBSM using a nylon brush, broom, or pump-up sprayer, generously covering the graffiti.
- Repeat application three times with three-minute intervals.
- For typical graffiti, rinse with a pressure washer approximately three minutes after the final application.
- Agitating during application can enhance effectiveness.
- Older or thicker graffiti may require longer application times; keep the area wet with the product before rinsing.
Product Application (Pressure Washer):
- Use a pressure washer (1500 – 2000 psi) with a 15º or 25º fan jet, positioned about 6 inches from the surface.
- Start rinsing graffiti from the bottom up to minimize excess water on unaffected areas.
- Ensure the remover has sufficiently dissolved the graffiti before fully rinsing.
- Avoid using 'turbo' nozzles or applying too close to prevent potential surface damage.
Coverage Guidelines (1 Gallon):
- Approximately 200 sq ft coverage on concrete, brick, block, or masonry surfaces (typical graffiti)
- Around 80 sq ft coverage on sandstone, limestone, and other absorbent surfaces per three flood coat applications
